Data we process and purposes

When you prepare a booking, we process the date, approximate arrival time, selected service, language and number of bags. At checkout, Shopify collects the contact, billing and payment information needed to manage the purchase. Card details are entered with the payment provider, not in this website’s booking form.

When you contact us, we use your contact details and message to reply, handle changes or investigate an issue. Do not send identity documents or sensitive data through WhatsApp unless necessary.

Hosting providers process technical connection data to deliver and protect the website. The booking system temporarily uses the IP address to limit abusive requests within a one-minute window.

Legal grounds

Preparing, delivering and supporting a booking relies on pre-contractual steps and the service contract. Billing and mandatory record keeping rely on legal obligations. Security and abuse prevention rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service available. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Providers and recipients

Shopify provides cart, checkout and order-management infrastructure. This website uses Sites hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure. Payment providers process the information needed for your chosen method. Information may be provided to authorities where required by law.

When you choose WhatsApp, Google Maps or an external booking platform, its own policies also apply. Providers may process information outside the European Economic Area under their terms and applicable safeguards, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where appropriate. Retention and your rights

We retain information while handling your booking or enquiry and subsequently for applicable billing and liability periods. Its use is restricted when no longer needed to deliver the service.

You may request access, correction, erasure, portability, restriction or objection using the contact details above. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. The booking form does not make automated decisions producing legal effects about you.
