An in-person storage service

These terms cover temporary storage and collection of luggage and clothing at Crysalidas, Calle Trajano, 52, local bajo derecha, 41002 Seville. The operator is identified in the Legal notice. The service does not include shipping, transport or home delivery of belongings.

Booking, price and confirmation

Select your date, approximate arrival, service and number of bags. Prices and availability are retrieved from Shopify; the total and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Preparing a cart does not confirm a booking or prove payment. Check your order status and the instructions for your chosen payment method.

The form accepts 1 to 10 bags. Contact us first for larger groups. Walk-ins depend on space available on arrival. Opening this page or preparing a cart does not guarantee a space.

Drop-off and collection

We accept suitcases, backpacks, handbags, coats and closed bags. Bring your booking reference if you have one and keep the receipt or reference supplied for collection. Check with us before bringing anything requiring special storage conditions.

Collect at the same premises during opening hours and before your selected cutoff: 14:00 or 20:30. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 10:00–14:00 and 17:30–20:30, Saturday 11:30–20:30, closed Sunday. If you expect to be late, message us on WhatsApp or by email. Service outside opening hours is not guaranteed.

If you booked through Bounce, Radical Storage or Stasher, use that platform’s confirmation and support channel to manage the booking under its terms. These pages cover direct bookings on this website.

These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or exclude liability imposed by law. Spanish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer protection and jurisdiction rules.
